Our Mountain Meditation selection consists of a single kraft pouch containing 2 ounces of loose leaf green tea. We believe our Fuji green tea with pineapple and papaya represents the Zen of meditation and the fresh flavor of the mountains. Green tea is high in anti-oxidants, is considered a super food and also helps to stimulate metabolism. Each 2 ounce pouch makes approximately 20 cups and has a slight caffeine content.
