Golden Kraut has all of the benefits of the Essential Kraut, plus the added health benefits of fresh turmeric root and fresh ginger root. It is tangy and crunchy like the Essential, with the additionalflavor profile. It is not spicy, like a curry, but clean tasting. Turmeric and ginger are both known anti-inflammatories, and fermentation makes them easier to absorb. Mix Golden Kraut into a green salad or potato salad, or add to a sandwich instead of lettuce. When the kraut is gone, drink the excess brine – it’s loaded with probiotics and turmeric! We call that “doing gut shots.”
