But to make great Kava, you need to simmer this recipe for close to an hour. To help pass the time, I ve included four short affirmations to be repeated at least three times at each of their 15 minute intervals. In the South Pacific islands, Kava Kava was and is traditionally used a reconciliation herb or to evoke feelings of empathy between the native peoples. Why not reconcile a few things in your own life? Empathize with yourself just a little, why don t you?
