Harvested from our family orchards in Argolida Peloponnese, Greece, our blonde olives are handpicked to avoid bruising and naturally cured without preservatives.
Traditionally cured in a brine of sea salt, local spring water, and organic vinegar, Organic Blonde Olives is a fermented (super) food that is keto-friendly and vegan.
Unlike other brands, which may not be suitable for low sodium diets because of excess salinity, our olives have a final sodium content of only 2%.
